Corporate Governance Code
This Corporate Governance Code (hereinafter "the Codex") is a code of rules and recommendations used by the "Bank TuranAlem" JSC (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") in the course of fulfillment of its activity for the purpose of achieving a high level of business ethics for settling the relations inside the Company and with other participants of the market.
The Codex is drawn up taking into account an international experience in the sphere of Corporate management and Recommendations on application of principles of corporate management by joint-stock companies operating in Kazakhstan approved by the decision of Advisory Committee on securities market issues at the National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 24, 2002 (minute # 19).
The Codex is developed in accordance with provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also taking into account the developing practice of corporate conduct in Kazakhstan, norms of ethics, requirements and conditions of activity of companies on the market of capitals on the current stage of their development.
The company voluntarily follows the provisions of the Codex eager to increase attractiveness of the company for existing and prospecting investors.
