About BTA Bank (since 2008)
A new development strategy – to become the leading financial institution in the CIS – was approved in TuranAlem Bank back in 2007. We needed a new image of the bank which would meet new business tasks. Thus, the idea of re-branding was born and realized by today.
A new logo – BTA – reflects the modern reality and innovation of the bank. Pistachio is sincerity, well-being and optimism. Scarlet is force and energy. The form of the logo is also not accidental. Consecutively arranged squares symbolize reliability and stability. Their intersection brings the transparency effect – one of the key professional qualities of the modern bank.
On November 7, 2007, JSC “Bank TuranAlem” announced on the beginning of the re-branding process. The rewrite procedure was completed in January 2008 when the financial institution has received a new official name – JSC BTA Bank. All works on renaming and revisualization of BTA Bank and its daughter companies were completed during the year of 2008.
