Hereby JSC BTA Bank (hereinafter – the Bank) would like to inform all interested parties about the cancellation from January 19, 2009 of the Power of Attorney № 01-233/2997 dated December 26, 2008, as well as all other letters of attorney issued earlier by the Bank for Khazhayev Ildar Gayarevicha and the termination of his duties as a Head of the Representative Office of the Bank in Russian Federation, Moscow, from January 19, 2009.
In this connection, the Bank would like to ask to take into account the fact that all transactions and legally significant actions performed by I.G. Khazhaev from January 19, 2009, on the basis of the abovementioned powers of attorney, the Bank does not account, rights and duties, unless otherwise agreed by the Bank in a proper order and communicated promptly to all interested parties.
