"BTA Bank" JSC Call centre is a universal communication channel created by the bank to provide remote banking for clients.

Call centre’s modern equipment allows at the same time process a great amount of incoming calls saving the clients call waiting time. Not a single call will be unanswered!

The main tasks of Call centre:

  1. Information service of clients:
    • bank service and term of rendering consultation;
    • user’s support of all channels of remote banking network (Internet-banking, SMS-banking, BTA Online, I-Payment terminals) and assistance in registration of new clients.
  2. Acceptance and registration of complaints from the clients against baking service quality: Call centre specialists will register Your bank service quality complaint, comments and proposals and send them to the bank’s Quality Service for immediate consideration and taking measures;
  3. Application acceptance:
    • Call centre specialist will accept Your application for bank service purchase:
      Natural persons applications for:
      • deposit;
      • auto credit;
      • fast loans;
      • mortgage loan;
      • Universal faculty;
      • loan facility;
      • debit payment card;
      • 24 deposit opening;
      • currency reservation;
      • safety deposit box reservation;
      • SMS – banking;
      • IB service connection for natural persons;
    • Legal persons applications for:
      • deposits for legal persons;
      • bank guarantees;
      • financial leasing;
      • connection to BTA Online for legal persons;
      • salary projects;
    • explain the order of Your actions and the list of documents necessary to obtain the service;
    • determine bank’s unit in accordance with Your desire, convenient time of visit of the bank, appoint high-qualified manager who will serve You in respective unit.

Call centre work schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 08:00 - 21:00;
Saturday, Sunday, holidays: 09:00 - 18:00

Sponsorship

To file an application for sponsorship to BTA Bank You need to specify in a letter (not more than 2 pages in A4 size) the following information:

  • information about event planner realization of which require funding;
  • project short description;
  • required amount;
  • project realization terms;
  • sponsor support applicant’s details;
  • project executor contact information (Full name, tel. number).
More detailed project information can be specified in additional document. You need to register the letter in the bank’s chancellery located at: “Samal Towers” BC, 97 Zholdasbekov str., Samal-2 mcrd.
