The railway transport today is a key component of the production infrastructure in Kazakhstan. Its stable and efficient performance underlies sustainable economic development of the country. The rail roads contribute to 70% of all freight turnover and 60% of passenger turnover in Kazakhstan.
Along with this, high growth rates of the Kazakh economy (almost 9% annually) intensify loading of the infrastructure of the railway sector. Therefore, projects to support and develop the railway transport are assigned high priority.

1. Replenishment of Fixed Assets
This package service is the most required one for major existing mining companies with an annual output of at least 100,000 tons to replenish their current assets, including to cover cash shortages related to the payment of taxes or dividends.
2. Note Program
This package product enjoys high demand among mining companies with an annual output of at least 100,000 tons to pay for works/services of contractors.
This product enables a note issue when BTA Bank guarantees (avalizes) the notes and take them on discount (i.e. BTA Bank is ready to purchase such note). Therefore, an issuing oil company pays for services of its contractors with notes under BTA Bank guarantee. The contractor can retain the note until its maturity and then receive its payment from the issuer. As an alternative, the contractor can present the note to BTA Bank for discount, if he wants to receive cash as soon as possible.
3. Exploration
This product is designed for upstream subsidiaries of groups and holdings.
It is a non-revolver investment loan for exploration and development of oil deposits. The loan is extended for up to 5 years.

Today Kazakhstan assigns high priority to the development of telecom services as a key factor and precondition of country’s integration into the world community. The telecom market in Kazakhstan is booming. Over the past three years it posted an average annual earnings gain from communication services between 25% and 35%. This can be compared to the development of the sector oil and gas recovery with a 35% growth rate.
The Bank is always ready for close cooperation and financial support given dynamic development of the telecom sector and the scale of programs that big, medium-sized and small companies undertake to upgrade the telecom infrastructure.
