register in the system through internet at: http://www.btanetwork.kz/internet.

To enter the system it is necessary to:

go to www.btanetwork.kz/internet;
point username and password provided during registration in Internet-banking system.

Registration and connection to the system is free of charge.

Registration procedure:

If You are the primary holder of the bank valid payment card and You want to register in the system:

go to www.btanetwork.kz/internet;
use "Registration" reference.

You need to:

Step #1. Accept the terms of User’s agreement;
Step #2. Choose Client identification method:
- by card blocking code word;
- by BTA ATM statement (bill) data;
Step #3. Client identification by card number, valid period and code word or last ATM statement data;
Step #4. Contact information shall be specified: personal mobile phone number and e-mail;
Step #5. Password and memory word will be provided to confirm all actions in the system;
Step #6. Termination of the registration in the system. In case all steps of the registration are correct you will see a message on the screen confirming the termination of the registration.

Registration in the system is free of charge.

System menu description

For the client’s convenience all facilities of the system are grouped to several functional sections which compose the systems menu:

"Main"
"Finance"
"Finance" section permits to control all bank accounts (card, deposit, current, loan);
make card-to-card, card-to-deposit transfers;
account settings.
"Services"
"Services" section permits to make payment for connected services of the providers (cellular communication, public utilities, loan repayment, education services, insurance, payments to budget).
"Registerl"
"Register" section permits to review all payments and transfers, print paying slip and file an application for mistaken payment or transfer
"Settings"
"Settings" section permits to change Personal settings, change the password to enter the system.

To exit the system use "Exit".

Tariffs and limits for payments in Internet-banking system

Bank charges commission fee for the payments in Internet-banking system additionally to the amount of the payment or transfer.

Payments:

for K-Mobile, Excess, Beeline, Dalacom, Pathword, Kazakhtelekom, K`Cell, Alma TV (Almaty), Digital TV - 20 KZT;
for Nursat, Excord - 35 KZT;
for Alseko, DPC, G-Media, Alma TV (regions), as well as for payments of more that 40 public utilities providers in 18 cities of Kazakhstan - 50 KZT;
transaction limit – 50 000 KZT, monthly limit – 200 000 KZT (not taking into account payments for BTA Ipoteka).

Transfers:

from debit card - 80 KZT (irrespective of transfer amount);
from credit card – 2 % of transfer amount, min. 80 KZT;
from card to own deposit account – commission-free.
Transfers between own cards and to deposit accounts – without limits.
Transfers to third parties cards – limit of 10 transactions per months, not more than 100 000 KZT per transfer. Transfer amount shall not prevail 300 000 KZT monthly.

Financial services:

payments for BTA Ipoteka - 100 KZT;
payments for BTA Life - commission-free;
payments for London-Almaty IC - commission-free.
Payment amount limits: not more than 300 000 KZT monthly. Increase of the limit for BTA Ipoteka loan prepayment is possible after filing electronic application in the same section.

Educational services:
