Bank TuranAlem launches new settlement centers in Almaty as more clients flock in

On December 5, Bank TuranAlem JSC launches four new cash settlement centers in key business venues of Almaty. These are Alatau at 50/54 Tole bi Street corner Tulebayev Street, tel: 312 23 66; Esentay in Koktem 2, building 2, tel: 295 49 77; Sheber at 127/99 A Abay Street corner Zharokov Street, tel: 312 23 17; and Taraz in Aksay 2 housing estate, building 12, tel: 256 77 96.

We launch new settlement centers with a view to have an apex cover of would-be clients and disburden the existing settlement centers of Bank TuranAlem in Almaty City. Thus, the number of BTA clients more than doubled over the past eleven months of this year. Meanwhile, the client base annually surges on the average by 60%.

These four new facilities cover a total of over 4,000 meters exceeding the area of the eight bank departments already in use in Almaty.

In such a manner Bank TuranAlem is creating best conditions for an end-to-end servicing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the southern capital. We offer a full range of financial and consulting services coupled with high quality and highly professional attendance, custom-centered cervices and maximum comfort conditions for clients, including modern design of office interior and convenient parking. It should be also mentioned that the new settlement centers are located en route of main transport and trade routes. Such cutting-edge telecommunications as wireless and fiver optic communication feature services in the centers of Alatau, Esentay, Taraz and Sheber.

Moreover, honoring the new facilities, between December 1, 2007 and February 28, 2008 Almaty branch of Bank TuranAlem JSC will be offering a free of charge opening of accounts for entities and a 1% higher annual interest rates for new deposits of entities.

The four new settlement centers of Bank TuranAlem just like the eight already operating will be open seven days a week within a project of BTA Almaty branch. Thus, in an effort to bolster SMEs development in Kazakhstan, Bank TuranAlem is a sole bank in Kazakhstan that renders services to legal entities on Saturdays.

Alatau, Esentay, Taraz and Sheber are the first offices that Bank TuranAlem started up in Almaty after it embarked on rebranding.

Bank TuranAlem JSC (BTA) is among largest banks and leader in creation of banking network within CIS. According to tentative data, BTA consolidated assets soared by 47.4% over the first nine months of the year making USD24,087 million as of October 1, 2007, capital rose by 2.4 times to reach USD3,614 million.
