JSC BTA Bank opens the first 24 hours a day automatic vault depository in Kazakhstan28.05.2009 / Astana, Press-service
On May 28, 2009 the first automatic depository in Kazakhstan with the capacity of 460 cells of various sizes was opened in service location “Stolichnoye” of BTA Bank in Astana. Location of the depository in the Zone of round-the-clock self-service “BTA-Network 24/7” gives an opportunity to clientele to use the service of vault deposit any time 24 hours a day.
Automatic depository made by Sweden Rosengrens provides an access of a client to his/her cell in the self-service order without the participation of the bank’s employee.
An access control system RBM (Rosengrens Box Management) provides the deposit cell with the assistance of banking magnetic card and PIN-code insert. As an additional instrument of identification the facility of clientele identifying by biometric figures, in particular, by palm and finger–prints of a right hand is used. Moreover, each cell has a mechanical lock, which the client can open with his own key.
In honor of opening of the first automatic vault depository BTA Bank from June 15 through September 15 of 2009 offers 50% discount out of the sum for cell rent to the first one hundred (100) clients applied to the service location “Stolichnoye” for receiving the vault depository service as well as under the condition on buying one of the non credit products for people (currency-exchange operation, payments or transactions) at the agreement conclusion date.
The opening of the first automatic vault depository in Kazakhstan demonstrates the leadership of BTA Bank at the financial market as a whole as well as at the new banking technologies introduction market.
