Short-Term Break in Service of BTA Bank Cards

Dear clients of  BTA Bank!

With a view to expand the product ruler and to improve quality of client service of BTA Bank, it is planned to carry out of technical works in  the BTA Bank information systems on February 24, 2015.

In this connection, this day from 9:00 till (time of Astana) 20:00 the operations on transfer means to the BTA cards (salary charge, transfers between BTA cards / on cards, replenishment of cards by terminals Cash&Pay, devices cash-in by  cash dispenses, cash desks in BTA Bank branches and other banks, etc.) will be inaccessible.

From 16:00 to 20:00 (time of Astana) all operations with use of BTA cards (removal of cash money in cash dispenses and POS-terminals, payments, transfers, rest viewing on the bill by Internet-banking BTA 24, etc.) will be inaccessible.

After the termination of technical works all operations on BTA cards will be done in former regimen.*

In advance we apologize for possible inconveniences and in order to avoid any misunderstanding we ask to refrain from carrying out of any card operations during the specified period and/or to do them beforehand.
