Procedure of use of tariffs
- List of rendered service conforms fully to the requirements of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial market and financial organizations.
- For the purposes of defining the amount of rights, liabilities, responsibility and authorities when performing banking operations, when opening a current account, every Client enters into Bank account agreement.
- Tariff for opening a current account of the Client shall be collected once regardless of the number of further opened accounts of this Client within the whole system of the Bank.
- Tariffs and commission fees for performing operations by the Bank shall be collected in national currency – tenge, unless otherwise provided in the Service Agreement. Tariffs and commission fees fixed in USD shall be collected from the current account either in tenge at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of the day of operation, or from the current account in USD without commission fee for conversion, at the choice of the Client, unless otherwise provided in the Service Agreement.
- Commission fixed in percent shall be calculated of the amount of operation/deal being made in compliance of minimal and maximal thresholds fixed, if such are provided in the Bank’s tariffs
- When performing conversional operations on current accounts, conversion rate shall be determined by the Bank.
- Commission collected for service rendered by the Bank in case of its annulment by the Client shall be nonreturnable unless otherwise provided in the Service Agreement entered into between the Bank and the Client.
- Tariffs and commission fees can be modified and amended by the Bank at its election without preliminary agreement with the Client, unless otherwise provided in legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the agreement entered into between the Bank and the Client.
- In particular cases modifying tariffs and commission fees on an individual basis can be allowed for the clients of small and medium business and corporate business.
- Mail expenses of delivery services, telecommunication expenses, payment for notarial and legal service, payment for services of "Central securities depositary" JSC, "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" JSC, related to performance of banking operations and coordination between the Bank and the Client, shall be collected additionally in the amount of their actual cost unless otherwise provided by the tariffs and commission fees of the Bank.
- Services of the Bank imposed by a value added tax are specified in the Tariffs as "including VAT"
