Dear expectant mothers!
To execute and receive a maternity benefit and childcare benefit under Kamkor program of BTA Bank, you need to make some simple but important steps:
- execute a sick leave certificate in prenatal clinic;
- submit a sick leave certificate to the employer for stamping;
- open a special current account or payment card in BTA Bank unit in order to receive a benefit;
- to receive lump-sum benefit , apply to SCPP (State Center for Pension Payments) and provide the following documents:
- ID card;
- sick leave certificate;
- TIN;
- SIC;
- copy of house register;
- details of the account or payment card for transfer;
- after the birth of a child, to receive monthly benefit, apply to SCPP (State Center for Pension Payments) and provide the following documents:
- ID card;
- child's birth certificate;
- TIN;
- SIC;
- copy of house register;
- details of the account or payment card for transfer;
- all benefits are automatically transferred to your BTA Bank account or BTA Bank card.
Calculation of social maternity benefit and childcare benefit
1. Unemployed women:
1.1. state lump-sum maternity benefit – 38,880 tenge (30 MCP);1.2. state childcare benefit up to 1 year – from 6,480 to 8,424 tenge (5-6,5 MCP).
2. Employed women – members of compulsory social security system:
2.1. State social benefit for the amount of 38,880 tenge;2.2. Social payment from the State Social Insurance Fund:
Amount of social payment = average monthly income (for the last 12 months) * coef. 4.2.
Example: Average monthly income for the last 12 months is 160,000 tenge
Calculation of the amount of a lump-sum benefit payment: 160,000 х 4,2 = 672,000 tenge (of which 10% is an obligatory pension contribution to NPF).
Net – 604,800 tenge.
2.3. Social childcare payment:
Amount of social payment = average monthly income (for the last 24 months) * coef. 0.4.
Example: Average monthly income for the last 24 months is 130,000 tenge
Calculation of the amount of benefit payment: 130,000 х 0.4 = 52,000 tenge per month (of which 10% is an obligatory pension contribution to NPF).
Net – 46,800 tenge (monthly up to 1 year)*
* Maximum amount of monthly payment shall not exceed 40% of 10-fold amount of minimum salary (40% of 10 minimum salaries is 54,868 tenge).
