Information regarding special purpose current accounts (SPCA) for receivers of benefits, social payments and pensions

Dear customers!

Please be kindly informed that pursuant to legislative1 and subordinate2 acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, BTA Bank opens Special Purpose Current Accounts (SPCA) by request of its customers on the basis of application with indication of purpose of opening of account.

SPCA are only intended for crediting of benefits and social payments from the state budget and State Social Security Fund. In this type of account, options of crediting of pensions, cash replenishment and noncash transfers from other sources are not applied, payment documents are not accepted and money is not returned to the payer.

The funds placed on SPCA cannot be collected in case the owner of such account concedes bank debt on loans granted either by BTA Bank or other banks and financial organizations.

Attention!

If you are already the receiver of benefits from SCPP and state budget, and wish them to be sent to new SPCA, you need to:

1) apply to any unit of BTA Bank, write an application to open SPCA, execute and sign relevant agreement;

2) provide the details of new SPCA to the managers of territorial subdivision of SCPP so that they could change the account of crediting in respect of your payments and benefits.

We remind you that pensions from SCPP and NPF are not credited to SPCA. If you wish your pension payments and benefits to be sent to the single banking account, and you have no loans, which can suppose delays of payments and collections, you may execute Kamkor payment card in BTA Bank with crediting of interest to the balance.

Please find additional information on SPCA and Kamkor cards in any unit of BTA Bank and from our Call Center by phone numbers:
