Information on the collection and processing of personal data of BTA Bank customers

Dear customers!

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No.94-V «On personal data and protect them", entered into force from 26 November 2013, BTA Bank in the provision of banking services must obtain the appropriate consent of individual customers and representatives of corporate customers for the collection, handling, storage and use of their personal data.

To this purpose, BTA Bank has developed consent form, which are universal and are filled with customers only once during any operations (receiving of the loan, opening deposit, issue of payment card, the commission remittances, payment of utilities and other services, currency exchange, etc.).

It should be remembered that due to the universal character of the consent forms, a list of personal data that may be requested by the Bank, is quite extensive. However, from BTA clients need to provide only the amount of information needed for the Bank to service. In this case the protection of personal data of customers of BTA Bank will be provided at the level of banking secrecy, and the information obtained will be used solely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
