Action and premium offers from Visa Gold

RULES OF CONDUCTING AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Action is held within the period from May 16 through August 16, 2011. Only those persons, who turned 18, are the citizens of Kazakhstan and holders of Visa Gold or Visa Platinum cards (hereinafter referred to as Visa card), can take part in the action.
2. Prize fund of the action comprises of:
   • 1 (one) main prize – trip to Dubai, UAE, for two persons (hereinafter referred to as “Main prize”).
   • 16 (sixteen) prizes of the second category – video camera;
   • 16 (sixteen) prizes of the third category – carpetbag/suitcase.
     Drawing of prizes has 3 (three) stages to be held on the following dates: June 23, 2011 – drawing of 8 (eight) video cameras and 8 (eight) carpetbags-suitcases, July 25, 2011 – drawing of 8 (eight) video cameras and 8 (eight) carpetbags-suitcases, August 23, 2011 – drawing of trip to Dubai, UAE, for two persons. The results of drawings are certified by notary.
3. To become a participant in the Action, the holder of Visa cards has to execute at least 1 (one) operation on paying for goods and services in trade and services enterprises or in the Internet within indicated period.
4. Ordering customer of this promotion Action is Visa company. Provider of the Action – EMCG LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). Address of the Provider: 83 Tole bi str., Almaty 050012, Kazakhstan.
5. The more operations complying with the terms of the Action will be executed by the Participant, the more grow its chances to win the Main prize, of prizes of the second or third category.
6. One member of the Action can win only 1 (one) prize (Main prize or prizes of second or third category).
7. Main prize will not be given to the participant, who does not have valid foreign passport, or has a passport, validity period of which expires prior to May 15, 2012.
8. The Promoter of the Action does not bear any responsibility in case the embassy of UAE will refuse to issue a visa to the winner of the Main prize and/or person who will accompany the winner during the trip.
9. The winner of the Main prize must use his/her prize (make a trip to Dubai, UAE) by November 15, 2011. The Promoter of the Action shall not be liable in case the winner of the Main prize did not manage to use the right to make a trip to Dubai, UAE.

12. Procedure and terms of getting a prize:
    Giving prizes will be made within a month from the moment of execution of drawing. The Winner of the Main prize must contact the Promoter’s representative by August 30, 2011, by phone +7 (727) 258 89 23, and give necessary information on himself/herself and the person to accompany him/her during the trip. The Winner must provide the Promoter with foreign passports to the name of the Winner and accompanying person, period of validity of both of which shall not expire prior to May 15, 2012, and all information and documents necessary to get the Main prize, according to the list from the Promoter, by August 30, 2011.
13. The Winner of the Main prize is not entitled to give the prize to the third persons.
14. General terms of the Action:
    • By taking part in the Action, the Participant confirms that he/she familiarized and agreed with the Rules and all terms of Action.
    • Liability on paying taxes associated with receipt of the Main prize and prizes of the second and third category shall be held by the Promoter of the action.
    • The Main prize and prizes of the second and third category can not be given in cash equivalent.
    • The decisions of the Promoter on all matter associated with execution of Action as well as the results of Action will be final and apply to all Participants.
