Changes in the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC
28.09.2011Almaty, September 28, 2011 – Today BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the BTA Bank) announced on replacements in its management. In accordance with recommendations made by the Committee on Appointments and Remuneration of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank and Resolution of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank (Minutes of the meeting in presentia of the Board of Directors No. 41 dated September 26, 2011) Mr. Arman B. Kassenov has been elected to the position of the Managing Director, Member of the Management Board.
Also, in accordance with recommendations made by the Committee on Appointments and Remuneration of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank and Resolution of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank dated September 19, 2011 powers of Mr. Abilakim S. Zhumakhmentov as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board were terminated on his own initiative.
