Following your requests on increasing availability of Call Center of BTA Bank, we have connected a new short number 7111, which can be used on a free-of-charge basis by the subscribers of all Kazakhstan mobile communication operators, such as Kcell, Activ, Beeline, TELE2, Dalacom and Pathword.

Together with new short number 7111, the following numbers of Call Center will remain available as well:

  • +7 (727) 2 500 111, 2 500 222 (for Almaty residents)
  • 8 8000 800 111 (toll-free number around Kazakhstan)

Short number 0577, which was used by Beeline subscribers to the present day for calling to Call Center, will stop functioning in the nearest future.

We remind you that our Call Center operates round-the-clock, without lunch breaks and days-off, and so should you have any questions regarding services in BTA Bank, you can make calls at any time convenient to you.

Our operators will answer your call, consult you on the terms of products and services of BTA Bank and give information about tariffs, commission fees and all necessary documents. If you want to obtain a loan, open a deposit or execute a card in BTA Bank, our specialists will register your application and offer you to choose convenient time and unit for your visit.
