Almaty, November 3, 2011 – The High Court of England (hereinafter – «The Court») adjudged Paul Kitreotis, associate of the ex-Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank, Mukhtar Ablyazov, to be guilty for contempt of the Court, and imposed a sentence to 21 months of imprisonment.
