Pay with Visa card by BTA Bank and get chance to win 8,500 Tenge!

Dear customers,

Visa International, the largest international payment system has launched new and unique promo action among holders of Visa and Visa Electron Cards – “Visa. Try and you will like it”.

Pay for any goods or services with Visa cards during the period from October 1, 2011 to January 31, 2012 and you will get chance to win one of 600 money prizes of 8,500 Tenge each!

Terms of promo action:

1. “Visa. Try and you will like it” promo action (hereinafter referred to as the Promo action) will be held during the period from October 1, 2011 to January 31, 2012 inclusive. The promo action has been ordered by Visa International and organized by EMCG LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer. Organizer’s address is 83, Tole bi str., 050012, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

2. Adults over 18 years old and holding Visa and/or Visa Electron (hereinafter referred to as Visa Card) issued by one of the banks participating in the promo action can take part in the promo action.

3. to join the promo action holder of a Visa Card shall make at least one transaction on payment of goods and/or services in the trade and service outlets and gas stations in the Republic of Kazakhstan or abroad using Visa Card.

4. the more transactions participant makes the more chances to win he/she will have.

5. One participant can win only once.

6. the prize fund of the promo action consist of 600 (six hundred) cash prizes from Visa equal to 8,500 Tenge each. Winners will be selected by random numbers generator method. Prize drawings will be made by 4 stages of 150 winners each on the following dates: November 15, 2011, December 15, 2011, January 16, 2012 and February 15, 2012. Drawing results will be notarized.

7. Results of all drawings will be published at www.visa.com.kz/promo.

8. Participants can find results of drawings at www.visa.com.kz/promo.

9. Procedure and timing to get prizes:

9.1. Cash prize in the amount of 8,500 Tenge will be credited to Visa Card held by the promo action participant winning in one of 4 drawings. Prize will be credited to Visa cards of the winners during a month from each drawing date.

9.2. A person winning the prize is not entitled to demand transferring the prize to the third parties.

10. General conditions of the promo action:

10.1. taking part in the promo action, the participant confirms his/her acquaintance and acknowledgement of the Rules and all conditions of the promo action.

10.2. Payment of taxes related to the prize will be made by the promo action Organizer.

10.3. Decisions of the Organizer for all matters related to the promo action and the results of the promo action will be final and binding for all the participants.
