Information message “On changes in the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC”
07.11.2011In accordance with recommendations made by the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC and Resolution of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank JSC (Minutes of in-presentia meeting of the Board of Directors No. 45 dated November 4, 2011) powers of Mr. Sergei V. Yeltsov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC have been early terminated since November 7, 2011.
On November 7, 2011 Mr. Farkhad S. Karagusov was elected to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC.
