Changes in the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC
29.11.2011Almaty, November 29, 2011 Today BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announced on changes in its management.
In accordance with recommendations made by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank and Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Bank (Minutes of in-presentia meeting of the Board of Directors No.47 dated November 24, 2011) powers of Ms. Kunsulu S. Kapbasova as member of the Management Board were terminated with effect from November 25, 2011 (with preservation of the position of the Managing Director); Mr. Adilkhan M. Ongarbayev has been elected to the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board.
