Moody's rating actions on BTA Bank

Please be informed that Moody's Investors Service has downgraded BTA Bank’s long-term local and foreign-currency deposit ratings to Caa2 from B3, the long-term foreign-currency senior unsecured debt ratings to Ca from Caa2 and the long-term foreign-currency subordinated debt rating to C from Caa3.
