Changes in the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC
13.12.2011Almaty, December 13, 2011 Today BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announced on changes in its management.
In accordance with recommendations made by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank and Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Bank (Minutes of in-presentia meeting of the Board of Directors No.50 dated December 9, 2011) powers of Mr. Farkhad S. Karagusov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Berik M. Otemurat, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Mr. Murat A. Alkenov, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board were terminated with effect from December 9, 2011. Mr. Arman B. Shakenov has been elected to the position of Managing Director, Member of the Management Board for one year.
