On the conclusion of interested party transaction
12.01.2018 01:53:19Hereby "BTA Bank" JSC informs the creditors, shareholders and the public about the Board of Directors’ decision on transaction dated January 10, 2018, regarding which there is an interest: Addendum dated January 10, 2018 to Shares sale and purchase agreement dated December 29, 2017. The decision to conclude the transaction adopted by the Board of Directors of "BTA Bank" JSC on January 10, 2018. (Decision №2).
